In specially designed areas we have the opportunity to test our archery skills or choose horseback riding for relaxation. Besides, we are not often given the opportunity to ride a horse enjoying the beauties of nature.
Another special experience is the mountain bike that we can enjoy in the network of routes that has been created in Lake Plastira for this purpose, in oak forests and next to the Lake. In winter we have the opportunity to ski in the small, and without significant infrastructure, ski center located in the place “Karamanoli”.

But the activities do not end here. Our wider area offers a number of mountaineering and hiking routes, smaller or larger, easier or more difficult, which we can choose depending on our capabilities. For fans and connoisseurs of the sport, there are air slopes that can enjoy their favorite craze.
Also in the area of Lake Plastira there is a ski center-mountaineering shelter.
Last we left the peaceful and relaxing fishing, which is allowed from the shore and only with a rod. From Spring onwards you will see many aspiring fishermen in various areas of the Lake enjoying their favorite hobby, the fresh air, the beauty of the landscape and often leaving with their baskets full of delicious and fresh fish of Lake Plastira.
Fylakti village is a village at an altitude of 1200 meters overlooking the forest with fir trees.
In the village of Kalivia Fylaktis there are many traditional taverns with local delicacies
Kalivia Pezoulas was the capital of Agrafa during the 16th and 17th centuries. Today it still retains its traditional character and is one of the most famous villages of Lake Plastira.
Very close to the village of Kalivia Pezoulas there is the Botanical Garden with various plants and trees that exist in the ecosystem of the area.
Moschato is one of the most beautiful and picturesque villages with a small stone bridge.
You can also visit the villages: Moucha, Kastania, Agios Athanasios, Kalivia Pezoulas, Neraida, Mesenikola and Lampero. Do not forget to buy honey from the area with a rare taste and natural ingredients.
The Holy Monastery of Panagia Pelekiti is built on a steep slope of the mountain peaks of Agrafa. Ecclesiastically, it belongs to the Holy Diocese of Thessaly and Fanariofersala and geographically in the Prefecture of Karditsa.
It is a beautiful post-Byzantine monument with a unique and remarkable architecture, built on a cliff 1,400 meters above sea level.
Seeing the Holy Monastery, the pilgrim thinks that it is located between heaven and earth and that it hangs above the village of Karitsa in the Municipality of Nevropolis, Agrafa.
From the Holy Monastery you can see Lake Plastira, while in the background you can see the Thessalian plain, Mount Kissavos and further to the right, the hills of Domokos.
